1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must meet the following criteria:

- ✓ Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- ✓ Not be a resident or citizen of a restricted jurisdiction (including North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea, Cuba, and other OFAC-sanctioned countries)
- ✓ Not be listed on any sanctions list (OFAC SDN List, UN Security Council Sanctions, EU Consolidated List, UK HMT Sanctions)
- ✓ Complete KYC/AML verification as required by US law
We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or restrict access for any user who violates these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration & KYC
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. As a US-regulated financial institution, we are required to verify your identity through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which includes:
- ✓ Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID)
- ✓ Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months)
- ✓ Source of funds declaration
